書道、茶道、柔道など日本文化の「道」がつくものには、型が存在します。これらの型を観察し繰り返し実践することで、技術とは別に多くの事を学びます。追求の精神、忍耐力、敬意を払う心の形成。
繰り返しの中で、技術的な向上だけでなく自己超越や内面の探求を経験しました。
この「calligraphy」シリーズは過去と現在、伝統と創造の連続性を探求し、繰り返しの中に意味や美を見出そうとする試みです。

Infinite Repetition.
In Japanese culture, disciplines such as Japanese calligraphy "書道 Shodo" , tea ceremony "茶道 Sado" , and judo "柔道" are built upon established forms and patterns. By observing and practicing these forms repeatedly, we learn much beyond mere technical skill.
The pursuit of knowledge, cultivation of perseverance, and nurturing of a respectful heart shape our journey. Within the realm of repetition, I have experienced not only technical advancement but also self-transcendence and inner exploration.
The "Calligraphy Series" seeks to explore the continuity between the past and present, tradition and creation. Through the act of repetition, it endeavors to uncover meaning and beauty.
